About the Eco House

The Renewable Energy Demo Eco House is a tabletop-sized model of a low-energy building, designed to help students explore how homes can use energy more efficiently and sustainably. 

With real-time interface software, learners can monitor the building’s energy use, temperature and light levels as they investigate key systems in action. The unit is powered by a standard mains supply (110–240V) and weighs around 25kg, making it easy to move and store between sessions.
