Aim
The aim of this unit is to provide learners with the skills and knowledge to build a customer profile and consider how customers could be impacted by installations, including how to mitigate impacts. They will learn how to calculate a buildings energy use and calculate a property’s energy requirements. Learners will be able to prepare and present a design project to the customer in a professional manner, which will include justification of design choices, timeline, costs and general aftercare advice.
