Our skilled technicians have just finished up an installation of a new Heineken Smart Dispense Installation at the Royal British Legion, Dagenham, Essex. This state of the art system cuts costs for the customer by cutting line cleaning down to 4 weeks.
An ongoing project in which Quantum have been tasked with providing all HVAC requirements within a commercial building located in Colindale.
Quantum Group is currently installing some Basement smoke extract systems on a commercial project in Colindale. The ducting on these systems is four hour fire rated and designed to extract smoke from a number of classrooms, social areas, laundry and a gym over two Basement levels. Our team has been hard at work with the architect, consultants and building contractor to fit in the ducting which go up to 2.25m x 1m in some places.
A Coca Cola soft drinks installation completed at a Cineworld in Basildon where 7 dispensing towers were installed.
An installation in which we replaced Britvic products for Coca Cola products in 2 concession stands and one in the Ben & Jerry’s store. All together there were 7 dispensing towers covering the 3 kiosks and they were all being fed from 3 systems in the cellar (pictures below).
At Quantum our engineers are fully trained and experienced in the Installation of Heineken Smart Dispense systems.
The Townhouse, Southend were looking for a more energy efficient dispense system. They decided to go down the route of having a Heineken Smart Dispense system fitted. Quantum were tasked with the installation and of course we were happy to oblige!
Quantum were tasked with the complete refurbishment of all the draught beer equipment for the prestigious members only club. Shoreditch House is located in the heart of East London.
Over 20 lines feeding 6 bars of Heineken products. Our engineers worked throughout the night fitting new T-Bars and cellar equipment. Over 300 metres of beer lines were run though out the building to feed each of the 6 bars.
Quantum Group have been hard at worked to install the air conditioning systems into these beautiful open plan offices in the heart of London.
Our engineering team worked closely with the Architects of these stylish offices to provide an unobtrusive air conditioning solution. Together we designed a solution to provide cooling with the systems concealed in aged mirror enclosures.
Each of the enclosures hide a pair of Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning units and are spaced for optimal temperature distribution throughout the offices. The enclosures feature a removable return air grill in the centre to enable easy future access for service and maintenance.
Quantum Group is currently busy installing the air conditioning systems into this stunning Penthouse in Camden Town, London.
Who do you call when you need to provide air conditioning to what is essentially a glass box on top of one of the tallest buildings around Camden? Quantum Group, of course.
We are currently busy installing Mitsubishi concealed ducted air conditioning systems into this four bed room penthouse with panoramic views of the city.
Just imagine enjoying this stunning view over the capitol from this fully air conditioned apartment at the top of Camden!
Quantum Group has recently carried out the installation of a new cellar cooling system at Barnehurst Golf Club.
MyTime Active contacted Quantum Group to replace the old, faulty cellar cooling system at Barnehurst Golf Club. Our design engineers carried out the heat gain calculations for their cellar based on the construction, heat producing equipment inside the cellar and number of kegs stored inside the cellar.
A new J&E Hall cellar cooling system has been installed which is keeping the cellar at a constant 12°C to ensure that all the players can enjoy a nice cold pint after finishing their round.
At Quantum Group we have set up a new dedicated area for training on soft drinks and beer dispense systems.
Our new training area has removable panels and mobile bars that allow us to train engineers on all installation aspects from the equipment in the cellar through to front of house. In the new centre we can quickly get our trainee technicians up to speed to help ensure that our installations deliver the perfect soft drinks serve every time. The removable panels and mobile bars allow us to easily disassemble previous installations and set up for new trainee technicians.
Here our Field Manager, Scott hood, can be seen providing some guidance for one of our new trainee technicians on setting up a Coca-Cola Enterprises soft drinks syrup rack.
One of Quantum Group’s heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations has been a finalist for the H&V Awards retro-fit project of the year.
This installation at 99c Talbot Road, Notting Hill, London features a range of products with the full brief and project description below:
Brief:
Halehold approached Quantum Group to replace the existing AC systems at this prestigious Notting Hill property which were unsightly, inefficient and running on obsolete R22 refrigerant. The brief was to replace the systems with new, efficient and more aesthetically pleasing systems.
Description:
The offices consist of two large open-plan office areas and a number of smaller office and meeting rooms over three floors. A large area of roof glazing resulted in a high solar gain and Quantum Group advised the installation of a window film to reduce peak cooling load.
To complement the industrial feel, exposed ducted systems were installed in each open-plan area, providing heating and cooling through circular diffusers. The result is clean but industrial thanks to the twin-wall insulated galvanised ductwork, negating the need for unnatractive foil-clad insulation.
Other equipment installed included three concealed ducted units; two Unico System fan-coils, two wall-mounted units and one ceiling cassette. Quantum Group also provided a new electronic fresh air ventilation louvre, over-door air curtain and replacement toilet extract system.
Custom built continuous linear grilles provide both supply and return air to the concealed ducted units, ensuring minimal visual obstruction where large, rectangular grilles may have been installed.
The two Unico systems provide almost silent high-velocity heating and cooling, achieving even temperature distribution and superior occupant comfort. Linear outlets were installed directly into sound attenuating Climaver® Neto ducts, to provide a discreet but effective solution.
Systems installed:
2 x 14kW Mitsubishi Electric Ducted Units
1 x 14kW Unico System Ducted AHU with Mitsubishi Electric Condensing Unit
1 x 5kW Unico System Ducted AHU with Mitsubishi Electric Condensing Unit
1 x 2.5kW Mitsubishi Electric Cassette
1 x 3.5kW Mitsubishi Electric Ducted Unit
2 x 3.5kW Mitsubishi Electric Vertical Ducted Units
1 x 3.5kW Mitsubishi Electric Wall Mounted Unit
1 x 3.5kW LG Wall Mounted Unit
1 x 3kW Dimplex Air Curtain
